Charlottesville, Virginia - From the creators of the award winning Bugs and Buttons series, Little Bit Studio, LLC announced today that their newest creative app, Bug Art 1.0 is now available for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. Bug Art is an amazing creative suite, with HD retina graphics, that enables kids of all ages to imagine, design, and play. Kids can free paint, learn to draw with interactive tracing, or design bugs that come to life for unique interactive play.

Besides providing a creative platform for kids, Bug Art introduces hidden educational elements including problem solving, fine motor skills, memory, and general exploration.

The art board has 20+ design tools including traditional instruments as well as the device camera and bug brushes. Kids can have fun controlling a variety of bug brushes that walk, crawl, roll, and paint. There are also backgrounds, stamps and 40+ stickers for limitless creativity.

Kids can use their bug creations to play and explore in various environments. They can try their hand at fast and furious racing in Bug Race or score points by tilt steering through dandelion gates in the lush gardens of Butterfly Valley. There are also special playgrounds for air and land based bugs where children can explore at their own pace, play mini games, meet funny characters, and more.
