Seattle, Washington - ReplyAll - Meeting Management and Auto Dial Conference Call by Rony Ronen is a new iPhone application which allows users to Reply to All (Reply All) meeting attendees by email or forward meetings to a new invitee as well as replying by SMS to the Meeting Organizer or to all participants.

For me, being productive is how I manage my meetings each and every day. If you are using the native calendar app you probably know that you absolutely can't reply on your meetings or forwarding it to a colleague or anyone else. ReplyAll app fills that gap by allowing me to reply or forward my meetings.

The app designed specifically for iOS 7, features a completely flat, colorful interface that can be customized to your flavor. The app itself is quite intuitive to use, with a menu including icons and text which help you to understand the features better. ReplyAll organizes your meetings in chronological order, and sets your upcoming meetings first, so you can quickly see what is on your day.

The app has intuitive gestures that you'll quickly adapt to, especially if you've already used the native mail application. You can swipe left on a meeting to reveal the main menu with more actions you can take for that particular meeting or an option to open the auto dial conference call page. You can also quickly searching for a meeting by the meeting title, organizer, location or participants by tapping the search button.

When you tap on a meeting, you'll be navigating to the meeting detail page which is similar to the native calendar app. In this page you can edit or delete the meeting (in case you're the organizer) or tap one of the ReplyAll actions. You will be able to Reply to the event organizer or to all attendees with a message just as you would do from your office calendar app such Microsoft Outlook or similar. You can also forward a meeting or a reoccurrence meeting to new participants.

There are more options which allow replying with a customized message such "running late" or "meeting moved to a new location" which can be picked up before the reply email opens. Reply by SMS to all attendees or just to the meeting organizer is also available but you need to have their contacts details resides in your device. More options are to reply Out of Office Message or Call the meeting organizer in which the app will open the Phone dialer with the organizer phone number ready to dial.

When you tap on Conference Call button, a new page will open where you will have the conference call number and access code displayed. You can tap the phone button to let the app dial into the conference call, or you can tap on the number labels to unveil other possible numbers the app may recognized and be used for access code, option or passcode. In cases where the app didn't fetch the conference call number correctly you can tap the edit button to open a page where you can edit the sequence number, add pauses or pound key.

If you're looking to customize your experience, there are a lot of settings in ReplyAll. You can set the app theme colors, language, menu option and more. If you choose to edit the messages, you can add new messages for your needs. You can also add conference call numbers to use as a quick dial numbers as well as setting the Out of Office message. The App has other settings such using HTML instead plain text when composing an email, omit the user email address when replying to all and supporting VoIP by integrate with Talkatone or WhatsApp for calls or SMS respectively.

The app has similar features to the native calendar app such as creating new meeting, selecting the calendars in which the meetings are fetching from, searching and alerts. However, the app includes new other options such creating conference call event with predefined conference call numbers, URL, and predefined message. The app integrates with iCloud to keep your data intact across multiple devices in case anything happens to your device.

The new version which will be released in the upcoming weeks will includes monthly calendar and Inbox buttons to display only new and pending invitations. Other new features are the ability to set flags to each meeting or creating a follow up reminder. You can select up to four different flags to color a meeting view letting you spot that meeting quickly. You can customize the flags with names and select different colors under the settings page. The follow up feature integrate with the reminder app where you can create new reminder quickly from the App. Tapping the Follow-Up button will open a page where you can set notes and alarm.

ReplyAll looks great and is quite easy to use. It's missing a day view feature but if you are used to see your meetings in a chronological list then this shouldn't be an issue for you. I hope that feature will be added sooner or later because then it would be an awesome way to view all of your meetings.

If you enjoy using ReplyAll, would you mind taking a moment to rate it? The developer of ReplyAll would love to hear it. It won't take more than a minute. Simply tap Settings followed by Rate ReplyAll from the App.
